Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Dayton, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Bids must be completed on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated on the BID PROPOSAL, and the total as defined in the Special Provisions will be used for the purpose of comparison of bids for the Columbia County Courthouse Parking Lot Project. Award of the construction contract will be to the lowest responsible bidder. Work includes approximately 315 cubic yards of site excavation, 470 tons of CSTC, 185 tons of Commercial HMA, 304 lineal feet of curbing, 250 square yards of sidewalk, 2 ADA ramps, parking lot striping, 5 catch basins along with 228 lineal of 8-inch ADS stormwater pipe and other related work. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, minor defects, or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, subject to the conditions provided for in the bid procedures and conditions. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. This project is being funded through Columbia County. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
