The Port of Columbia (pursuant to RCW 39.80) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from Architecture and/or Engineering firms to provide services for public works projects, including but not limited to permitting, surveying, utility extension, and building design for construction of a craft malt processing facility and other related food processing infrastructure at the Blue Mountain Station Food Park in Dayton, WA. These SOQs will be placed on file and will be used as a source from which to select one or more qualified firms from whom a detailed proposal will be requested for the craft malt processing building project and other specific projects. Statements of Qualifications must include a list of principals, a description of previous projects, number of employees, examples of work conducted in eastern Washington (if applicable) and applicable state licenses and/or certifications.
