This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Sanford, Florida. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Contractor will provide all materials, delivery, labor, transportation, coordination, and incidentals necessary to perform services and to furnish products as specified in the IFB documents in accordance with the Florida Department of Transportation Standard (FDOT) Specifications This is an indefinite quantity contract for the goods and services specified. The quantities specified are estimates only and are not guaranteed to be purchased by this Contract. Delivery or performance shall only be as authorized by Release Orders in accordance with the terms of the Contract. The County may issue Release Orders requiring delivery to multiple destinations or performance at multiple locations specified by the individual Release Orders. No work will begin until a Release Order has been issued to the Contractor. The Order for each project will contain a start and completion date. Each Order will be treated as a standalone project. All materials provided through this Contract shall conform and adhere to the latest edition of the Florida Department of Transportation Standards (FDOT) Sections #921 - 924, Portland Cement & Blended Cement Water for Concrete, Admixtures for Concrete and Section #121, Flowable Fill Materials and the solicitation documents. The COUNTY reserves the right to reject any questions sent after the Q&A deadline. Seminole County Purchasing and Contracts Division will conduct a Non-Mandatory PreProposal Conference on NO VALUE at NO VALUE. The meeting will take place at NO VALUE.
