Project: Veterans Memeorial Privacy Fence Project the Village of River Grove is Constructing a Veterans Memorial at the Northwest Corner of Grand Avenue and Indian Boundary Line Road and a Portion of the Project Includes the Installation of the Privacy Fence Along the East Property Line. The Work Consist of the Installation of a New 136 Feet of a Six-foot Tall Metal Framed With Cedar Planked Infill. No Bid Proposal Shall Be Considered Unless Accompanied by Such Bid Bond or Check. The Contractor and Subcontractor Shall Comply With All Regulations Issued Pursuant to Prevailing Wage Act (820 Ilcs 130), and Other Applicable Federal Laws and Regulations Pertaining to Labor Standards. The Award of a Contract Will Be Made Within Forty-five (45) Days Following the Date of the Opening of Bids. The Village of River Grove Reserves the Right to Waive Technicalities and to Reject Any/all Bids. All Bid Proposals Offered Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond in an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount of the Bid or a Cashier's Check or Certified Check, Made Payable to the Order of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of River Grove, as a Guarantee That if the Bid Proposal is Accepted, a Contract Will Be Entered Into and the Performance of the Contract Properly Secured.
