Reference Number 0000269734 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/05/28 03:00:00 PM MDT This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of a maintenance services provider on the CHP Unit, including scheduled annual services and call-out maintenance. RDP Purchased a 1Mw Siemens Cogeneration (the "CHP Unit") in 2018. As of April 18, 2024, the CHP Unit is at 28,296 hours. Maintenance completed to date (with a forecast to the end of the current contract term) can be found in Section 2.2.4. CHP Unit Engine Maintenance Schedule and Work Completed. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of five (5) years with an option in favour of RDP to extend the agreement on the same or similar terms and conditions for an additional two (2) year term. It is anticipated that the agreement will commence on August 20, 2024. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
