Description

Renovation of a detention facility in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,419-square-foot detention facility.

PCFM is soliciting for painting contractors to paint the Main Jail's 3F and 4F locations. Question Submission Deadline: May 20, 2024, 4:00pm All questions regarding the project technical details and specifications, clarification and interpretations must be submitted within the online. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of patching and painting of existing work area walls, doors, door frames and window frames. PROJECT ESTIMATE: $51,000. COMPLETION TIME: The successful bidder will be required to Substantially Complete all basic bid and alternate bid work within 25 Calendar Days of Notice to Proceed. The contractor will have an additional 10 Calendar Days to reach Final Completion and Acceptance for a total of 35 Calendar Days.
