COMPLETION TIME: The successful bidder will be required to Substantially Complete all basic bid and alternate bid work within 25 Calendar Days of Notice to Proceed. The contractor will have an additional 10 Calendar Days to reach Final Completion and Acceptance for a total of 35 Calendar Days.
