Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Vail, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of June 6, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The Public Works Department will not be scheduling a pre-bid meeting. Work includes site preparation, removal of existing concrete gutter pan, installation of concrete gutter pan, installation of concrete bus shelter pads and minor drainage work at various locations in the Town of Vail. Any questions concerning this request for bids shall be directed in writing only to the town by e-mail: csalli@vail.Gov.
