Site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Burkeville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; and water / sewer project.
The project is generally described as the replacement of 200 HP switchgrass boiler with a 400 HP switchgrass boiler, building addition, new electrical service, Biomass storage and material handling system, site work and utility relocations to accommodate upgraded boiler capacity Virginia State Project No. (DEB): 720-18365-011 (DBHDS) 720-18365-29-03 IFB 24-008, 2101.0100 A Bid Bond is required. Procedures for submitting a bid, claiming an error, withdrawal of bids and other pertinent information are contained in the Instructions to Bidders, which is part of the Invitation for Bids. Withdrawal due to error in bid shall be permitted in accord with Section 9 of the Instructions to Bidders and & 2.2-4330, Code of Virginia. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bid.
