Project canceled. Re-bid details to follow. PGH Bldg 15 & 29 Fire Alarm Upgrades for the construction of PC:194-18649-002, PGH Bldg 15 & 29 Fire Alarm Upgrades at 5001 E. Patrick Henry Highway, Burkeville, VA, 23992. This project consists of upgrading the fire alarm systems at PGH and all other items covered in the Plans and Specifications dated: 12/13/2024. The fire alarm system is integrated with the security and access control system to allow for the Facility's Defend-in-place Egress. The undersigned understands that time is of the essence and agrees that the time for Substantial Completion of the entire project shall be 240 consecutive calendar days from the date of commencement of the Work as specified in the Notice to Proceed, and Final Completion shall be achieved within 30 consecutive calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion as determined by the A/E. A Bid Bond is required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor registration is required in accordance with Section 54.1-1103 of the Code of Virginia.
