The door shall be removed and replaced with the following: Cornell ESD20 Fully Insulated Coiling Door - 18 foot wide x 14 foot High - 24/24 Gauge Galvanized Interior Curtain Slats - Minimum 20,000 Cycle Helical Torsion Springs-Standard - 24 Gauge G90 Galvanized Steel Hood - Standard - Rectangular Steel Head Plates - Brown - Chain Lock Keeper Suitable for Padlock - Fully Insulated with Polyurethane Insulation (R-7) - Minimum 20PSF Windload - Standard - MGH7511 Industrial Duty Motor Operator with Emergency Disconnect - NEMA 1 3-button Control station with Open, Close and Stop commands - 2 Wire Reversing Edge Meets UL Code for Entrapment Protection - Old door will be hauled away - Reconnect existing wires where possible Please attach an updated copy of Certificate of Insurance with your bid.
