In general, work includes Construction Inspection Services for construction of the Downtown Riverfront Plaza Project valued at approximately 5 million dollars. The project will be constructed concurrently with other Riverfront District developments. In general, work includes Construction Inspection Services for construction of Eugene's Downtown Riverfront Plaza Project valued at approximately $5 million in construction. Plaza improvements include construction of concrete flatwork, vertical concrete seat walls, landscape and irrigation, playground construction, and in-ground water spray play element. The project will be constructed concurrently with other Riverfront District developments; Contractor will be required to coordinate with other on-site contractors as needed.
