Renovation of a municipal facility in South Lake Tahoe, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
General Scope of Work: Replace glass on dorm room doors and install new weatherized striping at CCC South Lake Tahoe Center. o Remove and replace door glass on thirty-three (33) wooden doors. o The approximate size of door glass is five feet high and 12 inches wide, the contractor will need to measure glass to ensure exact size. o The new glass must be dual pane. o Replace any glass trim on doors damaged during installation of glass. o Paint new glass trim, matching closely as possible the existing door color. o Remove existing door striping on all doors (33) and install new weatherized striping. o The contractor is responsible for any damage to doors while removing old and installing new glass or striping. Additional bid walk note: Failure to attend, or provide representation to, the mandatory bid-walk will result in the bidder's bid submittal being rejected from the bidding process. Any interested bidder or bidder's representative who requires reasonable accommodation to participate in the mandatory bid-walkthrough, must contact the Mujib Sultani, identified above at least 5 days prior to the mandatory bid-walk date.
