Section B.2, page 6, provides notes on the bid schedule and bid submission. Section L, Paragraph L.2, page 32, has information regarding documents to submit with your proposal. All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email to Tanya.Torres@usda.gov, on the attached RFI form, no later than 31 May 2024, 11:00 AM hours PDT. A FS organized pre-proposal site visit will NOT be held. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
