Kalamazoo Central High School Pool Tile Restoration Project Description: Removing limited sections of pool deck tile, pool deck concrete and replacing with new pool deck concrete and pool deck tile. As required by State Law, all bids shall be accompanied by the following disclosure statements: Familial Disclosure Statement and Iran Economic Sanctions Act Affidavit. As required by State Law, all bids shall be accompanied with bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. Bid security may be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or money order. The purpose is to review the site conditions and consider questions posed by bidders. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, alternates, or proposals, and to accept those bids, alternates, or proposals that, in their judgment, serve the District's best interests.
