Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Soldotna, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.

The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified contractors to perform work on the Spur Highway near Captain Cook State Park. The project will include culvert installation and placing surface course as directed. Funding for this project is a result of a grant from the State of Alaska, Department of Commerce, Community and Economic Development. Portions of the grant agreement require the Borough to bind all contracts involving grant funds to the terms of the grant agreement. All contractors wishing to submit bids on this project must agree to comply with all applicable requirements of this Grant agreement as noted below. Contractors wishing to review the entire Grant agreement may do so by clicking on the document "Grant Agreement". This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. Question Deadline 05/13/2024 at 5:00 PM AKT Requests from Bidders for interpretation or clarification of the Bid Documents shall be made in writing to the Purchasing and Contracting Director.
