Anticipated Award Date is Monday, June 3, 2024 All labor materials and equipment required to provide and install all work necessary and required for the installation of the new irrigation main line with a backflow preventer, trenching, asphalt, paving and concrete sidewalk, landscaping demolition and replacement. Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.6, prequalification of the prime contractor (bidder), and of its mechanical, electrical, and plumbing ("MEP") subcontractors (C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C-46), is required for the bidder to submit a bid on this project. Prospective bidders and their MEP subcontractors (1) are required to submit to the Owner a completed prequalification questionnaire and financial statement, on forms provided by the Owner, no later than ten business days prior to the date fixed for the public opening of sealed bids, and (2) must be announced as prequalified no later than five business days prior to the date fixed for the public opening of sealed bids. This project is being funded using Federal funds, either in whole or in part, and thus the project is subject to all applicable Federal laws including but not limited to the Federal Regulations set forth in CFR Title 2, Part 200. Accordingly, all such Federal requirements, including but not limited to the requirements set forth in Article 78 of the General Conditions, must be met.
