The City of Bakersfield (City) desires to enter into an agreement with a qualified professional firm (Proposer or Contractor) that will develop a comprehensive and understandable redesign of the Materials Recovery Facility's (MRF) sorting line located at 2260 South Union Avenue Bakersfield, CA 93307. The Contractor will also procure, construct, and/or install the equipment to upgrade the sorting line. The term of the agreement shall be in place for two years from the effective date of the Agreement. Prospective Proposers should carefully review the Scope of Work in its entirety for a brief description of the specifics for the desired equipment. Contractor shall be responsible for providing all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, permits, and services necessary to complete the tasks described within, but not limited to, the description provided in the Scope of Work.
