The County, on behalf of the Department of Assets & Infrastructure, Division of Roads & Bridges is seeking a qualified engineering firm to perform the required engineering, environmental permitting and construction consultation for the replacement of County Bridge No. 252, Mingo Road over Mingo Creek in Upper Providence Township. The existing bridge, built in 1914, is a three-span closed spandrel masonry arch. The bridge has a span of 86 feet with a curb-to-curb width of 17-7. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
