Rehabilitation of Bucks County Bridge No. 365 Beaver Run Road Over Beaver Creek Tinicum Township Bidders should meet on site at Bucks County Bridge No. 365 Beaver Run Road over Beaver Creek, Tinicum Township. Security deposit (cash, certified check, cashier check or properly executed bid bond) for 5% is required. Performance and Payment Bonds are required in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. Maintenance Bond is required in the amount of 10% of the contract. Bidders are advised Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates, determined by the Secretary of Labor and Industry, must be paid to all workers employed on this project. Should any written inquires be received by the Commissioners, these inquiries will be answered in the form of addenda and issued to all providers. All explanations, interpretations and instructions required under these specifications will be given by the Purchasing Director or designated Representative based on written requests from bidders submitted to the solicitation on the PennBid website. All questions must be submitted by noon seven calendar days prior to the due date; the questions will be answered by 5:00 pm five calendar days prior to the due date.
