LOCAL TIME The Board of Education of St. Mary's County on behalf of St. Mary's County Public Schools (SMCPS) is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Vendors to supply and replace the air-cooled liquid chiller at Ridge Elementary School located at 49430 Airedele Rd, Ridge Maryland 20680. Secondly, SMCPS is requesting pricing to provide all equipment, material, service, tools, delivery and labor required to furnish and install one roof top air handler unit and two (2) roof top air conditioning units on the rooftop of Ridge Elementary School. Prospective bidders may request that SMCPS clarify information contained in this bid. All such requests must be made in writing to Patrick McCall, Procurement Coordinator. SMCPS will not respond to any requests for clarification received after MAY 20, 2024 AT 2:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME. Questions may be sent via email to pjmccall@smcps.org. An addendum will be issued if necessary to answer all questions. The addendum will be posted on electronically. 100% Payment and Performance Bond is required for Projects that total over $100,000.
