This is a unit pricing Contract for BITUMINOUS CONCRETE OVERLAY. The budget for overlay services in Calendar Year 2025 for the County is estimated to exceed $3,000,000.00. The County intends to begin the Contract period of performance in Spring 2025 and all work will be ordered by Dec. 31, 2025.
