This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the number is RFQ 15B21224PR000051. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-04 (April 1, 2024) The North American Industry Classification Code is 238330 This requirement is set aside for small business concerns. The size standard is $19M. The Federal Correctional Institute in Raybrook, NY intends to enter into a firm-fixed price contract for the following commercial item: Schedule: To remove flooring tile, prepare, and expoxy floor with all requriements included in the statement of work. SOW is attached as is wage rates. Site visit is required prior to submitting a bid. Please contact Thomas Goodman or Kristin Drown to set up a time to do this.
