Renovation of a transportation facility in Saranac Lake, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

As of August 12, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Steel Repair Project at Adirondack Regional Airport The Base Bid project generally consists of structural reinforcement of the six (6) existing steel columns, and four (4) existing steel wind braces, in the existing town hanger, including necessary cleaning and shoring. Bid Additive 1 generally consists of repair of remaining ten (10) existing steel columns, and three (3) remaining existing steel wind braces in the existing Town Hangar, Bid Additive 2 includes Contractor purchased OCP Insurance. Prevailing wage rates apply. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Preparation of Proposal. The right is reserved to waive any inconsistencies in the bid and to reject any and all bids.
