The intent of this Request for Professional Qualifications is to select the leading candidate to provide Consultant services for the duration of the project which is a period of twelve (12) months, beginning August 1, 2024 and ending July 31, 2025. Professional environmental engineering services will be required on an as-needed basis at various Monmouth County locations to investigate and/or support activities related to the aboveground storage tanks (AST) and underground storage tanks (UST). It is anticipated that the services will be concentrated on AST and UST management services. The scope of services to be provided by the Consultant may consist of the following . Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and requirements, including, but not limited to, NJDEP UST Regulations (N.J.A.C. 7:14B), NJDEP Air Regulations (N.J.A.C. 7:27), United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Regulations (40 CFR Parts 112, 280, 281, and 282), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Regulations (29 CFR 1910.120). All Statements of Qualification received in accordance with the requirements of this RFPQ shall be evaluated and ranked by a three (3) member committee using the criteria and weighted scoring set forth in the attached "Exhibit A: RFPQ Evaluation Form". The top three (3) ranked firms will receive a Request for Proposal (RFP) with a detailed scope of work and an invitation to submit formal technical and cost proposals which will be evaluated using separate criteria described in the RFP.
