Standard Shape Steel for Clovis Substation A bidder may withdraw its bid either personally. by facsimile or email communication or by written notification, provided that the District receives bidder's notice of bid withdrawal in the room where bid opening occurs prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids and, in the case of facsimile or email communication, provided that the District also receives by the third day after the closing date written confirmation signed by the bidder and postmarked before the closing time and date. Bidder shall direct all questions about this Bid Document to Public Utility District No. I of Douglas County, 1151 Valtey Mall Parkway, East Wenatchee, Washington, 98802, Attention: Derek Browning, Purchasing Agent. Bidder may email any question(s) to accountspayable@dppud-qrg, Attention: Derek Browning. The District reserves the right to reject any bid or all bids, or to waive any informality in bids received. Bidder must submit with its bid (a) a certified check or cashiers check payable to the order of Public Utility District No. 1 of Douglas county, Washington, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the Total for Bid Comparison, that it lists in its bid proposal.
