Site work and renovation of a power facility in East Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility; and for the renovation of a power facility.
The intent of this Specification is to describe labor and materials necessary to completely construct the Clovis Substation, build the feeder get-away conduit systems, install transmission conductor from first poles outside Clovis into the deadend structure inside the substation and to set forth the manner in which Work shall be performed. Documents contained in this Specification are intended to describe a finished Project. It shall be understood by the Contractor that Work described herein will be complete, even though every detail and necessary item may not specifically be mentioned. The Contractor shall not intentionally leave out inadvertent omissions or inconsistencies not noted in the Specifications. Any omissions, errors or inconsistencies shall immediately be brought to the attention of the District. The Contractor shall be responsible for establishing and staking all control, reference points and lines that the Contractor will require to conduct the Work described herein. This is a Prequalification Project. Interested persons or firms must be prequalified in accordance with RCW 54.04.085 prior to receiving the Bid Document and before having their bid considered. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
