Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority the Cdrpa is Seeking Competitive Bids From Qualified and Experienced Contractors to Provide Interior Building Improvements for Office Space and Package Distribution Center for the Fedex Tenant Improvement Project Located at 3790 Airport Way, East Wenatchee, WA. Replace existing carpet, resilient base and selected floorings, clean floorings where required, paint walls and provide FRP wainscoting where scheduled. Provide new finish on existing wood trim and doors as scheduled, replace selected existing window components as noted. Pressure wash existing interior walls and doors at package sorting area (hangar bays). Replace ceiling tiles and repair damaged ceiling grid as noted. Rework existing wood stair. And provide new electrical devices and junction boxes where noted.
