Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in East Wenatchee, Washington. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work to be performed by the Consultant includes, but is not limited to, two (2) alternate I/S analyses, traffic analysis, geotechnical analysis, and civil design on the Grant Rd & Lyle Ave Intersection Improvements project. The proposed improvements include new curb, gutter, sidewalk, ADA ramps, illumination, intersection improvements, retaining walls, fencing, and storm water facilities. Additional services may be added-in future phases of the project. A DBE goal of zero (0) percent has been established for consultants on this project. The consultant is expected to begin work immediately upon contract approval with design complete by December 31,2026. The Board of County Commissioners shall reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and the right to waive any irregularities or information in any proposal, subject to the Laws of the State of Washington as pertaining to public works, as may be deemed in the best interest of the County. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
