Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The Work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, labour, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, fuel, transportation and all things necessary for and incidental to the satisfactory performance and completion of Cloverdale Agriplex Slab on Grade Modifications, located at 17763 62 Avenue, Surrey, British Columbia (the "Place of Work") in strict accordance with the Specifications and accompanying Drawings and subject to all terms and conditions of the Contract. The general components of the work include: The work consists of casting a level slab-on-grade over an existing sloping slab-on-grade. Portions of the existing slab are to be removed to accomodate the new slab. Two drains are to be raised to new finished elevation.
