Estimate: Range $765,900.00 to $936,100.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Scope of Work: Remove and replace the existing playground asphalt including all the striping. Grade and compact existing subgrade as necessary. The Awarded Contractor shall plan for and include in the base bid any additional type 2 base as a result of the asphalt removal and grading/drainage preparations Contractors desiring to bid on this work shall be contractors presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and shall maintain a valid Contractor's License for the duration of the construction project. In addition, any and all Subcontractors that will be utilized by the Contractor shall also be presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and shall maintain a valid license for the duration of the construction project. All licensing requirements as specified in Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Chapter 624 shall also be strictly adhered to. Contractors shall also carry and provide evidence of required insurance liability coverage as specified in the Liability Insurance Specifications, as identified in Section 00800 - SUPPLEMENTARY GENERAL CONDITIONS. The physical work is to be commenced upon issuance of a "Notice to Proceed". Work shall be completed on or before August 9, 2024.
