The City of Aurora is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services to complete the 2025-2029 City of Aurora Consolidated Plan and an update to the Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area (NRSA) in accordance with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements and all applicable HUD guidelines. The City of Aurora encourages minority business firms to submit proposals and encourages the successful firm to utilize minority businesses as applicable. Questions Due: May 21, 2024. Project Begins: June 24, 2024. Estimated Project Completion Date: November 15, 2024. Proposal Acceptance Period and Timeline (Subject to Change) Staff review of proposals is expected to be completed no later than June 7, 2024. The awarding of the contract is expected by June 14, 2024, pending City Council approval. The project is expected to commence on June 24, 2024. The City of Aurora reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and has the right in its sole discretion to accept the proposal it considers the most favorable to the interests of the City of Aurora. In the event that all proposals have been rejected, the City further reserves the right to seek out new proposals when such procedure is deemed reasonable and in the best interest of the City of Aurora.
