Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Aurora, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,457-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Project consists of the renovation of an existing type 2B, non sprinkled storage building. A new standing seam metal roof will be added. Interior partitions will be added to subdivide the building and to insulate the space. The renovation includes upgraded Overhead doors, new lighting fixtures and controls, and drainage. A new mechanical unit will be installed and ducted to condition toe storage space. This unit will resides in a new mechanical enclosure. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 10 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after opening of bids. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
