Elevator Maintenance The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire services complying with the enclosed description and/or specifications and conditions The Agency reserves the right to engage the services of an elevator consultant at any time during the life of the contract to evaluate services received. The Consultant's decision regarding the Contractor's responsibility in fulfilling his contract obligation shall be final if approved by the Agency. The Consultant cannot recommend that the Agency add anything to the equipment that was not present at the time of contract award. If the Contractor fails to correct the issues identified within a period agreed upon by the Contractor and the Agency, the contract may be terminated for default. During the term of the contract, the Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining, and maintaining in good standing, all licenses (including professional licenses, if any), permits, inspections and related fees for each or any such licenses, permits and /or inspections required by the State, county, city or other government entity or unit to accomplish the work specified in this solicitation and the contract The state may bid separately any unusual requirements or large quantities of supplies covered by this contract Start date: 6/7/2024-6/6/2029 Dates provided are estimates only. Any resulting contract will begin on the date specified in the notice of award.
