Engineer's Estimate = $374,668.29 EBE Goal: 10% Prebid Question. A written inquiry submitted by a prospective bidder. Remove and replace approximately 500 feet of existing storm sewer pipe (structures are to remain in place) at the intersection of Alkire Road and Demorest Road, including all associated pavement restoration. Improve roundabout center island landscaping by placing river stone and sandstone blocks. EBE Goal: 10% The amount of the certified check or cashier's check shall be equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. The certified check or cashier's check submitted with a bid will be held as a guarantee on an accepted bid proposal. The contract will be awarded within 40 days of the bid opening date. At that time, a bid guaranty and contract bond in the sum of 100% of the bid shall be executed in accordance with Section 307.89 of the Revised Code of Ohio. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids The work shall be completed no later than June 28, 2025.
