Renovation of a municipal facility in Wilmington, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of November 12, 2025, no one bid on the project, thus it was not awarded. A general overview of the contract scope includes: All labor, tools, equipment, materials, temporary facilities and profit & overhead to to provide the construction of three new wind breaks to include new storefront, wood framing and foundation work. The work also includes erection of a new stair and railing system for access to a rooftop area that will require a new guardrail system. Work shall include but is not limited to asbestos removal, asphalt saw cutting, backfill, new concrete foundations, wood framing, roofing, masonry work, and pavement patching. Work shall be completed as per the Schedule of Important Dates and Times.
