Work to be performed shall include all labor, equipment, materials, traffic control, mobilization fees, milling and miscellaneous items necessary to furnish and install one or more courses of hot mix asphalt, chip and seal or crack sealer. The town may cancel the solicitation for bids, and any bid or proposal may be rejected in whole, or in part, for good cause when in the best interests of the town.
