The Garfield School District Re-2 is soliciting the submission of proposals for demolition/ old house northwest corner of property at Coal Ridge High School/Garfield School District RE-2 Question Deadline 01/13/2025 Deadline for Questions Coal Ridge High School is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the demolition and site restoration of the attached property located at and adjacent to the West Property line of the school. The building size, year of construction, etc. is in the attachment. The complete demolition of the existing structure and the restoration of the site to a level grade, suitable for future development This RFP is issued to solicit competitive bids from experienced and qualified general contractors to ensure the safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible completion of the project. The primary objectives of this project are: Safe and efficient demolition: Complete demolition of the existing building in a manner that prioritizes the safety of workers, the public, and the surrounding environment. Proper handling and disposal: Responsible handling, removal, and disposal of all debris and hazardous materials in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Site restoration: Restoration of the site to a level grade, free of debris and hazards, and ready forfuture use.
