Site work and paving for a road / highway in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project will include a 2" asphalt mill and overlay of the N. Curtis Flyoff St. with limited full depth asphalt pavement patching with 6" Aggregate Base (AB-3). The project will also include pavement striping, and temporary traffic control. CITY OF TOPEKA PROJECT: N. Curtis Flyoff St. Street Maintenance Project All bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including alternates), made payable to the City of Topeka, Kansas. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted only through the City of Topeka's e-Procurement System at least 10 calendar days prior to the opening of Bids All Bids shall remain open forsixty (60) days after the day of the bid opening, but Owner may, in his sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid Security prior to that date. Owner reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder who does not pass any such evaluation to Owner's satisfaction. Question Deadline 05/17/2024
