Scope of Work The Town of Fort Mill is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide design, fabrication, and installation services for signage at our Town owned parks. The bidder who is awarded the job will be responsible for all cost associated with obtaining a Town of Fort Mill Business Licenses and all Town of Fort Mill permits. You will have to follow the complete Town Building and Zoning process for signage. Required items and service: Custom non-lit fabricated aluminum monument with custom curved top, 1/4 " Plate Aluminum letters. Premium vinyl Town logo with the address street number. The sign is to be mounted to (8) custom 4"x4" square aluminum posts. Installation of post and panel signs, direct burial with concrete piers.
