The Contractor shall perform everything required to be performed and shall provide and furnish all the labor, supervision, materials, equipment, necessary tools, expendable equipment, supplies, insurance required by the specifications, contributions to social security and all utility and transportation services required to perform and complete in a workmanlike manner the following work: 24-11 Jim and Anne White Family Cabin Improvements, Ridge Run Park in connection with the construction of a project of the Owner, all in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings, and in strict compliance with the Contractors proposal and other contract documents herein mentioned as component parts of this contract. The Contractor shall do everything required by this contract and other documents constituting a part hereof, and in the manner specified herein. Bids will be received for a single prime contract which includes, but is not limited to: 1. A lump sum base bid price for cabin remodeling including door and window replacement, lighting and electrical upgrades, interior finishes, flooring; exterior entry portico, wood deck, siding repairs, and painting. 2. One add-alternate lump sum bid price for a kitchenette including base cabinets, laminate countertop, shelving, sink, faucet, and associated plumbing. All bids rejected
