SCOPE OF WORK Contractor shall furnish all materials, supervision, and labor necessary for the successful completion of this project to the County's satisfaction as specified herein: DESCRIPTION The Washington County Natural Resources Department intends to install new steel siding over the existing siding on the barn at Sandy Knoll County Park, Town of Trenton, WI. The location of the building within the park is shown on the attached map. Work includes: - Permits - Base Bid is to install new steel siding over the existing siding with steel siding as specified below, and construct two new sliding barn doors on the South Side of the Barn. The Washington County Natural Resources Department is seeking sealed bids to re-side the barn at the Sandy Knoll County Park, located at 2064 Wallace Lake Road in the Town of Trenton, WI 53090. The Natural Resources Department is seeking qualified contractors to re-side approximately 3,500 square feet of the barn with Panel Loc Plus, 29-gauge steel panels (or equivalent) and construct two new sliding barn doors on the south side of the barn at Sandy Knoll County Park at the address listed above. Bids shall be prepared in accordance with contract documents prepared for this project by the Washington County Natural Resources Department. Bids from prime contractors will only be considered and if award is made for this project, it will be to a single prime contractor.
