Reference Number 0000269230 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/05/07 04:00:00 PM EDT It is the intent of The Calgary Airport Authority (Airport Authority) to enter into a five (5) year Master Contract for certified Journeyman Electricians and Apprentice Electricians on an "As, If & When Required" basis to perform installations, repairs and maintenance services to electrical systems and equipment located at both the YYC Calgary International Airport (YYC) and the Springbank Airport (YBW) within the building structures or within the groundside campus. The Airport Authority is a "not for profit" corporation, incorporated under the Alberta Regional Airports Act, responsible for the management, maintenance, operation and development of the YYC Calgary International Airport and Springbank Airport under long-term lease from the Government of Canada. The power systems at the YYC Calgary International Airport are critical to providing safe and reliable daily operations. Term: 2025/01/01 02:00:00 AM EST - 2029/12/31 02:00:00 AM EST Description 5 year contract with 1 optional year. 3 years initial firm pricing. The Airport Authority reserves the right to consider or reject all or part of any Proposal and further reserves the right to communicate with any single Proponent or group of Proponents to seek clarifications of or modifications to any Proposal after the Deadline without obligation to similarly communicate with or provide any such opportunity to any other Proponent.
