The 2024 Multimodal Road Program for the Borough of McAdoo will consist of the curbline milling and paving of four (4) Borough streets, including additional roadway improvements. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Borough of McAdoo or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder naming the Borough of McAdoo as oblige and acceptable surety in the amount of ten (10) percent of the Total Bid shall be submitted with each bid. THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner.
