The project involves supply of all labour, material, equipment and all necessary resources to install and commission exterior lighting All work to be substantially completed by 2024-08-30 Attach to the Bid Form a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid Price, valid for the full bid acceptance period. Each bid shall be accompanied by an agreement to bond issued by the same surety company that provides the bid bond, undertaking to provide a fifty percent (50%) performance bond and a fifty percent (50%) labour and material payment bond, both to be delivered to the Owner if the bidder is awarded the Contract.
