Renovation of a mixed-use development in Waterloo, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Humanities Theatre has undergone several renovations to make necessary safety upgrades. This is the third phase of a multi-year project and will involve two major components - the replacement of the existing counterweight rigging system and an upgrade to the electrical system in the theatre which includes theatrical components as well as replacement of the house lighting.
