Renovation of a municipal facility in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Description: The Town of Geddes is requesting a general contractor to complete updates to the existing Highway Department Garage. Work includes the procurement, storage, demolition and disposal, and replacement of windows, pedestrian doors, overhead sectional garage doors (with electronic openers), and miscellaneous masonry repairs. This project is subject to all state and local governing laws and regulations, and New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates are to be paid under the Contract. The Town of Geddes reserves the right to waive any and all irregularities in Bids, and in bidding, and to reject any or all Bids, or rebid the Project at the Town Board's sole discretion. Bidders shall promptly notify the Town of any errors, omissions, conflicts, and/or ambiguity that they identify in the contract documents by emailing jbrown@dunnandsgromo.com. Estimated Range :$90,000 to $100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
