Renovation of a mixed-use development in Umatilla, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
This project consists of installing a fabricated PVC mesh roof type, and replacing all of its anchorage components including but not limited to: structural support cables, end fittings, clamps/turnbuckles, and structural embedded plates in accordance with the latest adopted International Building Code requirements, and a minimum of one (1) year workmanship warranty. Construction contract time for the project is (120) working days. Bidders are expressly advised to review Section C-3.10 of the General Conditions of the proposed Contract as to the causes which may lead to the disqualification of a bidder and/or the rejection of a bid proposal. Unless all bids are rejected, the Owner agrees to give Notice of Award of Contract to the successful bidder within ninety (90) days of the bid opening.
