This project is involves replacing all 22 VFD drives for the HVAC system at the East Metro Transit facility. CONTRACTOR shall be solely responsible for the means, methods, and techniques of construction, except for means, methods, or techniques expressly detailed on the Drawings or explicitly required by the Specifications.
