Location of Work will be at Ketchikan Correctional Center (KCC) in Ketchikan, Alaska. Description of Work: This project encompasses the provision of hardware and labor required for the installation of approximately 100 new interior light fixtures at the Ketchikan Correctional Center (KCC). The existing fixtures are a mix of 4-foot 2-bulb fixtures and 12-inch round fixtures. The aim is to upgrade the lighting system to modern, energy efficient LED fixtures in all secure areas of the facility. The Engineer's Estimate is around $200,000 All work shall be completed in N/A Calendar Days, or by November 29, 2024 The apparent successful bidder must furnish a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as security conditioned for the full, complete, and faithful performance of the contract. The apparent successful bidder must execute the said contract and bonds within ten (10) calendar days, or such further time as may be allowed in writing by the Contracting Officer, after receiving notification of the acceptance of their bid.
